Grand Slam at Runner's World Weekend

October is slowly turning into my favorite time of year. Temperatures are just cool enough to make running pleasant on a daily basis. Leaves are changing colors and slowly starting to fall off. The fall colors out on the trails are just incredible. One of the best places in PA to see the fall beauty is the small city of Bethlehem. Our yearly pilgrimage to 4th annual Runner's World Festival did not disappoint.

TARC 100 - Wicked Epic Fail

Still bitter from my DNF at Eastern States in August, and with some persuasion from Amy, I decided to sign up for TARC 100. I was still in great shape and I recovered quickly after Eastern States. Why not give it another try. I was going to be up there anyway to crew and pace Amy. It was a perfect opportunity for both us to have a pacer for the entire thing. It was not meant to be.
